PakCrunch Terms of Use

Last updated: June 18, 2026. These terms explain how PakCrunch works as a B2B supplier discovery marketplace.

Marketplace Role

PakCrunch is a B2B discovery marketplace. We help buyers find suppliers, view product information and contact suppliers directly. PakCrunch is not a party to any transaction, order, quotation, invoice, shipment or payment arranged between a buyer and a supplier.

No Cart or Order Processing

PakCrunch does not provide a product cart, checkout, escrow, payment processing or order-management service for buyer-supplier transactions. Buyers contact suppliers using contact details made available through the platform and independently decide whether to proceed.

Supplier Subscriptions

Seller accounts may be required to purchase a subscription membership through a third-party billing partner we identify. Subscription availability, pricing, renewal and cancellation terms may be presented at checkout or within supplier account workflows.

Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their company profiles, product listings, prices, minimum order quantities, certifications, availability, delivery timelines and all commitments made to buyers. Suppliers must not post misleading, unlawful or infringing content.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing from or entering into an agreement with any supplier. This includes checking supplier identity, business credentials, product samples, payment terms, shipping terms and applicable laws.

Fraud and Disputes

Because PakCrunch does not process orders or payments, PakCrunch is not responsible for fraud, non-performance, defective goods, payment disputes, shipment disputes or other claims arising from direct dealings between buyers and suppliers. Any such dispute must be handled directly between the buyer and supplier or through appropriate legal channels.

Contact Detail Access

When a buyer submits a contact form to reveal a supplier phone number, the buyer agrees that the contact details may be used for supplier discovery and direct communication. PakCrunch may use submitted details to operate, secure and improve the marketplace.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of PakCrunch after updates means you accept the revised terms.
