Buyer Contact Forms
When a buyer fills the Contact Supplier form to reveal a supplier phone number, we collect the submitted buyer details so the marketplace can support supplier discovery, reduce repeated form entry during the browser session and improve lead quality.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate PakCrunch, display supplier and product listings, support account access, enable buyer-supplier contact, send service emails, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve the marketplace and comply with applicable obligations.
Subscriptions and Billing
Seller accounts may purchase subscription memberships through our billing partner. Billing, payment and subscription data may be handled by that billing partner according to its own terms and privacy practices. PakCrunch may receive subscription status or related account information needed to manage marketplace access.
Direct Buyer-Supplier Dealings
PakCrunch does not process buyer orders or payments. If buyers and suppliers communicate or transact outside PakCrunch, those dealings are controlled by the buyer and supplier, not by PakCrunch.
Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site, including hosting, email, storage, analytics, authentication and billing providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect PakCrunch, users or the public.
